The physiotherapist says…

I am a physiotherapist and I specialise in foot health, mainly in children but also in adults. I am fascinated as to the extent feet and their well-being impact on the whole of our body. I am passionate about exploring ways to promote healthy feet and support of their function.

I recently learnt about Original Alignment Socks and decided to try them for myself. During the first use of Original Alignment socks I felt sensation in every muscle and every tendon in both feet. My toes felt relaxed and I felt an increase in circulation all the way up to my ankles.I recently learnt about Original Alignment Socks and decided to try them for myself. During the first use of Original Alignment socks I felt sensation in every muscle and every tendon in both feet. My toes felt relaxed and I felt an increase in circulation all the way up to my ankles.

At first I only used the socks for 8 minutes and gradually increased the time to 30 minutes. At the moment I wear them every other day for a period of 30 minutes. Lately I have felt discomfort in my feet as a result of putting strain on my muscles and joints. I have noticed a positive improvement and the cramps associated with my foot discomfort occurred less often after trying on the Alignment Socks.

The Original Alignment Socks are becoming popular with many of my clients, they are using them for prevention and also as supportive treatment therapy after toe deformity surgery, the socks aid exercise for flat and sore feet.

A great advantage and the potential of the Original Alignment Socks is that they compensate for everyday stress we put our feet under due to wearing unsuitable footwear, footwear which can restrain our feet. Many professionals are required to wear safety footwear which is too hard and does not offer the flexibility our feet need. Similarly wearing high heels for ladies can take a toll on their feet. I myself am a big fan of walking barefoot if your health and life style allow. The biggest issue with tight and inflexible footwear is that it restricts the movement and circulation in our feet. The Original Foot Alignment Socks offers  compensation for the stress we put our feet through which in turn  positively impacts on our whole musculo-skeletal system.

I often treat patients with foot defects, such as hammertoes and bunions. These problems often require surgery. However, surgery or not, the treatment is only effective when accompanied with quality physio-therapeutic exercise. I recommend the Original Alignment socks as a suitable addition to the treatment therapy of such defects and deformities as they contribute to pain relief and removal of reflex changes in the soft tissue, such as muscles and tendons.

I believe that the Original Alignment socks are a useful tool, not only in addition to physio-therapeutic treatment but they can also help many people who spend lots of time of their feet.
